BridgeLumen primarily provides consultation, advisory, documentation assistance, and support services.

No Government Fees Included

Government fees, embassy fees, university fees, and third-party charges are separate and paid directly to relevant institutions unless otherwise specified.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to:

• Nature of service
• Stage of processing
• Work already completed

Consultation fees and completed service work are generally non-refundable.

Service Refusal

BridgeLumen reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• False information is provided
• Fraudulent documents are submitted
• Clients violate applicable laws or policies
